Recruiting asked for a Careers page that would be a better place to sell the perks and appeal of working at Leafly. The old Careers page contained the bare minimum basics along with job links. While still fitting within the existing page structure, the new careers page would be built on the new 12-column grid that the entire site was migrating toward.

- Benefits lists
- Quick link directly to open positions
- Ability to sort by departments
- Location information
